CASA DeKalb County is appointed by the DeKalb County Juvenile Court as the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) to 100% of children in DeKalb County who have experienced abuse or neglect and are involved in the court system through no fault of their own. Our organization utilizes volunteers from the community to be the voice for children in the courtroom and the eyes and ears of the judge outside of the courtroom.
