Overview
Capricorn Capital Group is an investment and asset management company, sourcing, structuring and managing investments on it own behalf and for a small group of co-investors and joint venture partners in direct assets in Switzerland and The Netherlands. Capricorn Capital Group BV is looking for the following acquisitions possibilities; In The Netherlands - Add value through redevelopment (towards other use and/ or sustainability angle) and/ or asset management strategy (vacancy); - Acquisition of single assets or portfolios; - Investment size between the € 5 million to € 150 million; - Located in the bigger cities; Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Breda, Tilburg, Maastricht, Amersfoort, Hilversum and Groningen; - Favourable micro-locations in the cities, close to public transport; In Switzerland - The acquisition of plots or existing assets that can be (re)developed in to student complexes; - Plots or buildings should have a commercial zoning (not residential); - Acquisition size for plot or asset between the CHF 5 million and CHF 50 million; - Located in; Zurich, Basel, Bern, St. Gallen, Winterthur and Lausanne; - Minimum size per plot or asset for 100 student rooms plus amenities (reception/ bar/ public rooms) making it a minimum of 3.000 m2; - Favourable micro-locations in the cities, close to public transport with a maximum of 15-20 minutes to the University by tram or bus; We are open to receive investment opportunities.
