CAMPUS CHINA established the technical, structural and personal conditions to bring together future Chinese experts and executives coming from technical, scientific and economical backgrounds graduated in Europe with global companies. This will be managed by using online databases, by tailored jobs fairs and individual matchmaking. CAMPUS CHINA was founded by the initiators of Forum China that have been assisting European companies in the last years. Until now Forum China supported more than 150 companies on their way to China and informed more than 1,400 executives coming from several industries during seminars & congresses about the Chinese market. Along with that the social scientist Franz Waizmann focused on human resource management and the German/European e-recruitment market since the 1990s. In an executive position he represented the setting up of the network and the market launch of Monster Germany whilst he also had a strong impact on the new e-recruitment market. Thomas Graf unterstützt seit vielen Jahren deutsche und internationale Unternehmen bei der Gewinnung talentierter Nachwuchskräfte. Er hält eine Executive MBA sowie einen PhD in Strategic Management. Vor der Promotion war er beim McKinsey Tochterunternehmen e-fellows.net verantwortlich für den Aufbau des Talent Pools. Der Dipl. Sozialwissenschaftler und Fachjournalist Franz Waizmann verantwortete ab Anfang 2000 den Aufbau und die Markteinführung von Monster Deutschland in leitender Position und prägte die Entwicklung des damals noch jungen E-Recruiting Marktes.
