Camisana s.n.c. was founded in 1978; it deals with the processing and moulding of technical articles in rubber, silicone, rubber/silicone-metal and rubber/silicone-plastic. For more than 40 years Camisana has been creating, through moulding, technical items made of organic rubber, silicone and moulded with metals, plastics and composites, offering its customers reliable solutions for their needs. It employs a specialized staff, it practices a quality system in which rules and procedures are respected that allow a correct management of the production system allowing to obtain quality products at competitive costs. We work and mold any type of elastomer, platinum and peroxide silicone, natural and synthetic rubber. We produce thousands of technical items to design such as vibration dampers, caps, manifolds, flat and shaped gaskets, sleeves, OR, grommets, feet, balls, bellows, stators, pads, caps, suction cups etc.. Camisana produces organic and silicone rubber balls for the major and qualified manufacturers of vibrating screens and nutation screens, providing them with a product specific to their customer's needs. In the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry the balls are moulded with appropriate materials, FDA certified and after their production are ground and sanitized. Each application requires cleaning spheres with optimal characteristics according to the specific needs of use: bounce, antistaticity, resistance to wear, corrosion, load, temperature.
