Cambridge Picture Company is a film, television and theatre production company based in Cambridge, UK, run by Ivan Mactaggart a producer/financier with 28 years’ industry experience. In addition to developing its own slate, CPC has a partnership with Trademark Films, the production company of Oscar and BAFTA winning producer David Parfitt, to co-produce an existing slate of feature films and TV drama projects. It also works closely with Dance with Mr D, run by legendary theatre producer Karl Sydow, on his slate of theatre productions including “Dirty Dancing: The Classic Story on Stage”. Being based in Cambridge, the scientific capital of the UK, CPC is working in partnership with leading providers in the fields of data analysis, machine learning and virtual worlds, to build a ground-breaking research and development operation and identify new technologies and techniques to reduce risk and increase effectiveness of development, production and distribution of audio-visual content.
