Our company is founded by professionals with experience in Finance, Real Estate, Tech industries and -you guessed it- recruitment. When we were on the client side, most external recruiters we worked with had little understanding of the ins and outs of our industry or roles. We identified a gap in the market for a recruitment service run by people with direct relevant experience. Calibre was born of this idea and we jumped the fence from clients to recruitment services providers.
