Derek Caffe is the Principal and Qualifying Broker for CAFFE Realty LLC. CAFFE Realty is an investor focused real estate brokerage and a subsidiary of Code Black Properties, a real estate investment firm. CAFFE Realty serves communities from South Cobb County (Powder Springs, Austell, Mableton, Smyrna) to West Atlanta (Vine City/ English Ave, West End, College Park, East Point) providing real estate brokerage, property management, and consulting services for home buyers and investors of residential, commercial income producing properties, and land. Derek is a retired US Army veteran and obtained his bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University with a concentration in finance. Derek later attended Clark Atlanta University for his MBA, but decided to postpone its completion after the first semester to focus on the growth of CAFFE Realty. CAFFE Realty has three main areas to our business: 1. Real estate sales 2. Property management 3. Consultation services Derek's goals for the future are to establish CAFFE Realty as the premiere investor-focused brokerage within our coverage area, providing brokerage and consulting services to over 125 clients per year.
