Specializing in deinstallations, C&R Equipment properly decommissions, disassembles and disposes of x-ray equipment per the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulations. Under no circumstances should any x-ray equipment be abandoned, disposed as regular trash or sold to the general public. C&R Equipment submits the proper documentation, the “Report of Disposal or Removal of X-ray Machines”, to the state for the removal of the x-ray equipment.
