Who are we? We are the BWH Hotels Revenue Team, experts in Revenue Optimisation and Commercial Growth. Our Revenue Managers’ mission is to Maximise Revenue and market share. Our Commercial Account managers ensure all our hotels maximise revenues by leveraging brand opportunities. The team have a vast amount of experience and expertise in the hospitality sector from corporate to leisure, city centre, rural, coastal and resort properties. Our brand revenue management service offers hotels the opportunity to work with one of our specialist revenue managers, who bring their expert knowledge as an extension to the hotel team! Our Revenue Managers use their knowledge of total revenue management: PMS knowledge, distribution management, system implementations, pace analysis, revenue forecasting, competitor analysis, rate strategy, effective management of inventory controls and regular system audits to deliver success for their portfolio of hotels. This ambition to deliver success is mirrored by the Best Western Commercial Account Managers (CAMS). Each hotel has the support of one of our CAMs, all focused on delivering commercial success.
