Employees look together with clients and patients on what is needed for care and find solutions together including within the existing environment. Buurtzorg Australia is connected to Future Proof Australia and together are the official representatives of Buurtzorg of the Netherlands for Australia. Bringing best practise and the Buurtzorg way of working to Australia with experience from over 24 other countries, our staff, consultants and associates are all highly trained from The Netherlands and have become specialists in the Buurtzorg principles and how that applies to an Australian context. Working with individuals, organisations and government agencies, Buurtzorg Australia is active across most states of Australia. These include transformation projects, test and learn pilot sites and training programs. The newly formed Australian Buurtzorg Academy has been designed by Buurtzorg Australia with the assistance of Buurtzorg Britain and Ireland and allows direct training from official Australian, English and Dutch Buurtzorg staff and coaches.
