Welcome to The Business Selling Accelerator. We pride ourselves with the ability to provide business and legal services differently by helping business owners access information from solicitors in a new simple way. The Solicitors Regulation Authority’s Standards and Regulations came into effect on 25 November 2019, allowing non-regulated organisations (like us) to employ solicitors (regulated professionals), and this is the business model we adopt. The Business Selling Accelerator’s solicitors provide high-level guidance over the complete business sales process. ‘The SME Dealmaker Network’ (external advisors made up of law firms, accountancy practices and brokers) are on hand to be instructed by you for certain technical or regulated work.
