Overview
Dry, crisp, and refreshing, our traditional hand-crafted ciders are made with 100% fresh-pressed apple juice from apple varieties grown in the famed Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, Canada. Settlers first started growing cider apples in this valley in the early 1600s, with many of those varieties being exported to England during the 19th century. Our ciders' unique characters and flavours are a tribute to those 400 years of apple growing tradition. The purpose of this page is to provide information about craft ciders in general, share ideas, and connect to cider lovers all around the world.
