Bulldog Solutions provides expertise and strategy in the area of land development for urban renewal projects on particularly challenging land parcels. Bulldog was originally spun out of a long term commitment to remotely support key elements of Ottawa's Zibi Project land development. As urban land value lift continues to drive the demand to develop, densify and service difficult parcels throughout Canada, Bulldog strives to support these endeavours. Expertise includes advising on and developing strategies to service and develop challenging urban lands from master plan concept through to execution. This consists of all elements of the horizontal development plane including government approvals, multi-stakeholder engagement, site preparation, demolition, remediation & brownfields, climate-proofing, site servicing, transportation and public realm creation. Contracts are fulfilled on a remote and part-time basis.
