We are a team of Civil, Mechanical and Electronics Engineers together we are revolutionizing Construction Industry. BuiltronX not only provide Solution for Construction but also provide solution to save Water, Electricity and Gas to Individual Houses, Apartments, and Industries. Our main goal is houses to sustain on its own to cut down the cost in the bill. Houses should be independent of Municipal or government supply. As Sir M Visvesvaraya rightly said "Plan or Perish" is very relevant today. However, an extension to that will be Plan, Design, Execute and sustain based on the principles of sustainable development. And Shri Ramesh Kikkeri said Reuse, Refuse, Reduce to avoid damage to the environment and take minimum out of environment and return it back if possible. The intensity of consumption of energy, water, land and material and the emission of pollutants and waste is very large nowadays. So we BuiltronX Construction Company moving towards conditions of sustainability, the Sustainable Engineering involves steps such as plan and manage effectively. BuiltronX provides sustainable engineering approach derive the benefits like increased material efficiency: reducing raw material inputs and waste outputs, removing hazardous materials for a more acceptable alternative, designing service systems to minimize environmental impacts. BuiltronX uses Sustainable Engineering Design Criteria (SEDC), emphasis about Impact on people (society) and Impact on the planet (environment). Such a design approach to reduce the overall human health and environmental impact of a product, process or service. Nowadays, Sustainable depends on three factors water, electricity and gas. Sustainable home means a home should survive without help of Municipal or Government from this three factors. BultronX also provides other services like Solar Power - Power your home (of 4 members) with 400-500W of electricity on the roof to meet energy requirement, Reduces electricity bill plus subsidy from Govt. Wind Turbine - Harvesting wind power is a clean, non-polluting way to generate electricity of 400-500W of home (of 4 members). Battery - Battery storage for backup. And Common auto switch on/off battery for both Solar Power and Wind Turbine. Rainwater Harvesting: A simple and safe way to convert harvested rainwater to clean, fresh, drinking for all your needs. We use natural, chemical free forms of water sanitization and Mandatory for Residential sites plus subsidy in water bill . Drinking Water Filter- A low cost filter made up of naturally available material with no chemicals added and electric supply. And its free of dissolved solids, salts and bacteria and provide safe healthy water. Rainwater Filter - Filter is designed in such way it can reduce the concentration of suspended particles, salts and eliminates bacteria by using natural process with no chemical and electric supply. Grey Water Treatment - 80% of waste water can be reused. It is a low cost, solar powered treatment and it is easier to maintain and clean. There will be 50% cut down in the cost of water bill plus subsidy in water bill.
