Dr. Ratesh Khillan founded Brooklyn USCE in 2017. Dr. Khillan is a board-certified Hematology-Oncologist and Associate Chief at Kings Brook Jewish Medical center. He is affiliated with Mount Sinai Hospital, Methodist, SUNY Downstate, Interfaith, and Kings Brook Jewish Hospital. Dr. Khillan being an IMG knows the struggles and hurdles faced by foreign medical graduates. He aims to make rotations affordable to all IMGs and to guide and help them in the path to residency in the United States.
