有灵且美 Bright & Beautiful is a non-profit organization dedicated to support the psychological well-being of adolescent girls living in under-resourced areas in China through embodied arts and rites of passage. We support new generations of Chinese young women by building self-confidence, breaking myths and stereotypes, and coping with physical and psychological changes throughout their adolescence. Since 2013, our programs have reached thousands of young women across the country.
