The company was founded in 2004 by Daniel Breitschaft, lighting designer and events manager, and Stéphane Treille, strategy and organization consultant, with the goal of applying organizational consultancy techniques to event management and operations. The third associate, Andrea Rus, provided his expertise in marketing and sales.
