Bonar Floors has been acquired by the Forbo group on September 30 th , 2008. With this acquisition the Forbo group has strengthened its flooring division, Forbo Flooring Systems, which will further develop its leading position as a systems provider of resilient and textile flooring solutions for the commercial market.
