Overview

When I approach a new project, I always have the same goals: make it better than I found it. My experience in infrastructure and application architecture is extensive. What I do best is assess, plan, design, and deliver solutions to challenging technical and organizational IT service delivery problems. I specifically enjoy launching new software development teams or helping existing teams transition to become more productive. I am also passionate about innovative technologies and methods for delivering working software.
