Overview

WHO WE ARE: We are a multijurisdictional team of dedicated dispute practitioners. WHAT WE DO: We handle disputes on a global scale. HOW WE DO IT: With passion, experience, focus, determination. No matter how tough the going might get. CHANGING PERSPECTIVES. At BODENHEIMER, we firmly believe in Changing Perspectives: We are a multijurisdictional team that handles disputes across jurisdictions. We handle not only party’s counsel cases in litigation, arbitration, and mediation and other ADR proceedings, but also serve as arbitrator, mediator or in other capacities as neutral. Our disputes practice is based not just on methodical skills. We can also rely on deep industry knowledge and vast practical experience of the substantive law issues at stake in the disputes that we handle. THINK, WORK AND ACT WITH A GLOBAL MINDSET At BODENHEIMER, we think, work, and act with a global mindset. Our team covers six jurisdictions. We routinely handle arbitration cases before international arbitral tribunals, and under the rules of, e.g., the International Chamber of Commerce, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, or the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the German Institution for Arbitration. As a matter of fact, most of the cases we handle exhibit an international element on some level. While we routinely advise foreign-based clients on German and EU law, we also serve as bridgeheads for domestic clients requiring assistance abroad. Our ability to explain and plead German law is recognised internationally: Our lawyers have been called to testify on complex matters of German law before courts in other jurisdictions, e.g. the United States. We serve in high-profile, international advisory bodies, such as the Arbitration and ADR Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce, or the Arbitration Committee of the International Bar Association. And we are regularly involved as speakers and panelists all across Europe, North America, and Asia, on matters such as international business law, dispute resolution and arbitration in particular. Through our vast, informal network of peers on all five continents, we connect our clients to the world’s legal grid. Legal Notice / Impressum: https://www.changing-perspectives.legal/legalnotice/
