BoardNEXT's vision is nonprofit board leadership representative of the communities those organizations serve. BoardNEXT's mission is to prepare young professionals and other underrepresented groups in the fundamentals of nonprofit board governance and connect them with forward-thinking nonprofits committed to more diverse leadership.
