Bluebird Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides all women working in healthcare information technology (IT) with the education, training, and networking they need to spread their wings and fly high in their careers. For too long now, a woman working in health & IT, especially in a leadership role, has been a rarity. But the gender gap is beginning to narrow as more women aspire to lead in this industry and drive change. Bluebird Leaders intends to advance these initiatives by creating a community dedicated to women in healthcare information technology.
