The company is part of Pasha Holding. Since 2014 Blue Planet Distribution LLC holds the master franchise licenses for GO SPORT, COURIR, and SKECHERS for the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the nationwide leading speciality retailer of all sports and sport lifestyle-related apparel, footwear, and accessories. In 2020 Nike mono store has been included in the portfolio of the company. Since 2016 Blue Planet Distribution LLC holds the master franchise for luxury brands as BRUNELLO CUCINELLI, DOLCE & GABBANA, TIFFANY & Co., BVLGARI, CELINE, VALENTINO for the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, runs luxury stores. Also the company has launched its own project named Avenue Outlet as benchmark of luxury discount shopping. In 2021 the company has successfully signed an official partnership with one more international brand Nine West.
