We are pleased to announce that Bouvier and Associates has been acquired by Bloom CPAs and Advisors LLC. The acquisition took place officially on April 24th, 2023. On that date our combined firm will begin conducting its practice as Bloom CPAs and Advisors LLC. Bouvier and Associates began its professional practice in 1993. Its growth over that span of time has been predominantly internal, stemming from referrals by clients and those of other professionals. The growth and development of the professional staff has evolved in a similar manner. The firm attracted high-quality, committed professionals and invested in their training, development, and growth. As a result of those efforts, the firm experienced good growth over the past several years. This has been in no small way directly related to the success clients have had in their business and personal pursuits. The decision to seek an affiliation was primarily due to the retirement of Paul A. Bouvier, CPA. After serving the community for over 30 years, Paul plans to continue working with the firm through its transition before retiring fully. We believe that the organization will continue to flourish under the management of Erik and Shannon Bloom. Erik is the current Director of Accounting & Taxation and has been with Bouvier & Associates for over 16 years. Shannon brings her experience in operating her own firm, SMB Accounting and Consulting LLC.
