Poverty Relief BCCF seeks to empower the voiceless in society by promoting self-reliance and sustainability throughout these five core areas. Society benefits when all its members fulfill their potential and contribute to their fullest capabilities. BCCF is a 100% volunteer organization. All net proceeds are donated directly to charity.
