BJB is the abbreviation comes from the name of the Limited Partner; Mr. Bradley James Batchler, an Australian citizen founded the company ; BJB CIVIL, registered under Australian business law on March, 2014, and focused to the following areas such as: Civil Engineering, Mining Consultancy and Management Services includes; Cost Planning, Estimating, Civil Construction, Project Management, Contract Management, Design Management, Quantity Surveying, Detailed Programming & Resourcing. BJB is now successfully expanding in Philippines. The company was extended it name into; BJB Mining Services and Resources Co. Ltd. in the form of Partnership registered under the business law of the Philippines, reserved on September 28, 2015 and registered on October 15, 2015. It was incorporated by Philippine Partners; Mr. Alfredo M. Reynon Jr.; Corporate Secretary and Marlina D. Mayo; General Partner, and between Mr.Bradley J. Batchler; Limited Partner and Thao Thach; Treasurer of the Partnership in International business activities. From last 2016, by the authority of the Philippine Partners, BJB hired a potential Manager will carry out the Partnership local market, and the said designation is hereby vested to; Mr. Allen Gatchalian Reynon. He was authorized to act in accordance with what the managers’ role and responsibility, further perform any lawful act in connection to what are necessary to the conduct of any lawful business activities for and in behalf of the company.
