Bitter Melon is an online magazine publishing creative writing and art of all forms. We are committed to amplifying underrepresented voices. We challenge you to confront the uncomfortable. We want work that is unapologetic and does not give into convention at the price of individuality. In other words: be honest. (We can handle it.) In asking for work that is from the margins, we hope to provide a space to excavate what is difficult and often forgotten.
