BIOS Medical is the medical division of Thermor Limited. It began in 1934 as Taylor Instrument Company, a manufacturer of professional blood pressure devices for doctors and hospitals, in Toronto, Canada. In 1987, Thermor Limited was formed and has been at the forefront of home-use blood pressure monitors and fever thermometers under the BIOS Diagnostics brand.
