Based at our premises in Bury, Greater Manchester, Bespoke Coffins offer a variety of coffin styles to suit any customer. All our coffins are made to order and all our materials and components are sourced by UK suppliers. How we started As owners of a well established and respected joinery firm within the events industry, we were approached to manufacture coffins to meet the huge demand at the early stages of the Coronavirus pandemic. Due to the cancellation of large scale projects across the UK and abroad, we were facing the prospect of closing the workshop, so utilising our experienced joiners and machinery was an opportunity not to miss. Working closely with local funeral directors, we have gained knowledge of the industry and recognised that if we diversified our resources we could produce a business with longevity and sustainability. Diversification is in effect starting a new business, however we put into practice and developed our skills and experience that we had already gained from running a successful business. Since launching Bespoke Coffins we have heavily invested in new tools and machinery to produce coffin designs which perfectly fit the requirements of a varied customer base.
