Bernard LoVerde & Company, LLC | Advisory Services (“BJLAS”) is a boutique strategic advisory firm dedicated to providing bespoke Strategy, Marketing, Business Development & Advisory services to a wide array of entities in the Mortgage Banking industry from an experienced, and independent, ideology throughout North America. BJL traces its roots back to its beginning in 1993 and a focus, at that time, on the United States (U.S.) and Canadian Financial Services & Investment Banking industries. Over the last fifteen plus years, the firm has become more heavily concentrated in the U.S. Mortgage Banking and Real Estate industries, working with all forms of investors and lenders in U.S. residential and commercial assets, with a further micro focus in the distressed asset and/or non-performing loan markets. Through this micro focus, BJL has established itself as a premier strategic partner, with its advisory services having a concentration on the client experience across the spectrum of services offered by law firms in the Mortgage Banking and Default Services spaces, to said law firms that offer counsel to those in this space. In addition, we have established a wide array of strategic partnerships with the mortgage originators, servicers & investors therein as well as the plethora of service providers thereto (i.e. title insurance companies, settlement services providers, technology concerns, etc.). We strive to provide our clients bespoke, professional services, either through our direct offerings, or via connecting them with one of our affiliates, to assist them with addressing the issues at hand.
