Overview
The Berkeley Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law (BJESL) is dedicated to providing a wide selection of intellectual and practical discussions from scholars, practitioners, and students on legal issues that contemporaneously impact the sports and entertainment industries, both domestically and internationally. As an interactive and wholly electronic law review, BJESL presents a unique platform for rich discourse on legal topics regarding copyright, trademark, art, music, sports, film & television, communications & broadcast media, antitrust & unfair competition, and First Amendment & privacy, among others. BJESL’s editors invite prospective authors to submit articles via ExpressO or by email at bjesl@berkeley.edu. Articles are considered for publication on a rolling basis.
