Having been in Corporate America for 23 years, Angela has a deep understanding of the stresses that come with meetings, production goals, work/life balance and the need to relax, even during a busy day. Helping you be in the present moment and not get lost in the day to day of work life, sitting behind a computer/desk all day long. Angela has a heartfelt desire to share her gifts of singing & music with the world to promote kindness, and that starts with kindness towards oneself. Angela has a passion for unique musical instruments, one of which is her ever growing, beautiful set of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. The singing bowls are amazing at bringing one’s focus into the present moment and raising the overall energy vibration of the space. In her sound healing sessions (group & 1:1) she uses her soothing voice while incorporating instruments such as Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Crystal Pyramid, Frame Drums, Harmonium and the beautiful sounds of a Shruti Box. ~NEWS FLASH! Recently Angela has been spreading her wings in singing intuitively without any sheet music!! Imagine that! A HUGE step for a trained singer, letting her voice flow where it may go is a vulnerable but oh so freeing feeling! In addition to Sound Healing, Angela Schwonek aka Sangeeta Dyal Kaur (Song of Compassion) is a certified Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She knew she had found her place in this yoga community when she attended her first gong bath in 2016 which incorporated a Kundalini Yoga kriya (set of postures) and beautiful mantras to sing. Sangeeta has always been singing as long as she can remember so when music and yoga combined that night, her soul experienced heaven on Earth! Being kind begins with oneself and her sense of self-love has grown immensely over the past few years.
