Overview
In 2012, the first Beef Shack opened its doors in St. Charles. Our mission was simple: fresh-grill every bite of our legendary Chicago beef recipes with juicy greatness for the good people of Kane County. With our renowned Cheezy Beef™ leading the way, we won the title of County Beef Champions in our very first year. Then we did it again. And again. Fast forward to 2018, where we’ve won the award SEVEN years in a row. They call that a Beef Dynasty. We’re far from satisfied though. We’re opening Shacks across Chicagoland and are always looking for winners to join our team of Beef Cooks, Beef Drivers, Beef Hosts (cashiers), and Beef Presidents (franchisees) who will team-up to win our 8th Consecutive Beef Championship. Applicants must be willing to work hard, learn how to build legendary meat sandwiches, and be a team player in a tight-knit staff of awesome people.
