The company extends loans to real estate investors, developers, and owner-operators for the repositioning of real estate, time-constrained transactions, acquisition, recapitalization and refinance of commercial assets. Bedrock Realty Capital provides innovative, fast and flexible financing structures for loan opportunities between $1 million to $5 million (up to $10 million on a case-by-case basis). The company operates without the regulatory constraints of a conventional bank and is an “asset-based lender”, as opposed to a credit lender, with streamlined underwriting and closing capabilities of approximately 14 days.
