Properties have 20-year leases and an aggregate value over B$3.5. 271 is providing global investors access to new construction distribution warehouses with 20-year leases. Prior to forming 271, the principals were lead investors in B$1.6 of transactions with the following tenants: Veterans Administration, FBI, Verizon, Walgreens, Xcel Energy, United Healthcare, and Marriott, among others.
