For women and men with busy lives and failing health, Be Well with Janel can help support, inspire and coach you to an optimal level of health in all aspects of life -- mental, physical, spiritual and emotional. Janel personally went through several serious signs of autoimmune disease, including pain, swelling, Raynaud's Syndrome and a debilitating diagnosis. But with a change in food and lifestyle choices, all signs of failing health are gone. Inspired by her own transition and the tremendous learning she underwent personally, Janel obtained her health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and now performs health coaching, group workshops, speaking gigs and prepares corporate wellness programs in the Chicago area. Be Well with Janel knows that integrative health means all areas of our health affect one another. We are not just separate body parts, we are one functioning system. And when something goes awry with one part of the system, it affects all other parts in some way. All body parts are connected to one another. Likewise our thinking affects our mental health. Our mental health affects our emotions. Our emotions affect our behaviors. Our behaviors affect our habits. Our habits directly affect our daily practices and our overall health. It can be complicated. We need guidance and support to sort it all out and get the tailored plan we need to achieve our optimal health. There is NOT one solution that works for everybody.
