Be business services began in response to the covid-19 pandemic. During the three years of the pandemic, we supported corporations and school districts with wellness programming that incorporated mindfulness practices and coaching to provide real solutions to their employees' trauma. With an open heart and solid background in mental health counseling, business coaching, and leadership development, it became apparent that we had a solution that was needed in the current environment. As we come out of the pandemic, we are more divided than ever, and it can be challenging to bridge the gap. Be's business services are more needed than ever.
