Overview

Bashkir State Medical University is the flagship of medical and pharmaceutical science and education of the Republic of Bashkortostan and occupies a leading position in many criteria in the country. Thanks to the international SCO and BRICS summits held in the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Ufa has become a new congress centre in Russia. Today we are at the centre of medical events of the Russian and international level. The summits gave impetus to the development of cooperation with China, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, strengthening of cooperation with leading universities in Germany. Today, our students, doctors and teachers are integrated into international practice, our scientists conduct joint research on topical problems of medicine.
