BASE is a non-profit organization initiated by the Hilti Foundation. It was established in July 2014 helping the local economy to GROW by creating an impact along the value chain, utilizing locally sourced materials to BUILD quality homes and resilient communities, and creating a positive impact to TRANSFORM the lives of individuals and families.
