BALTIK VAIRAS – the largest bicycle and e-bikes manufacturer in the North Europe. Operating since 1948, the company exports top-quality bicycles all over Europe. Having manufacturing capacity of 7 lines, produces 1700 different models for more than 50 European private label brands and is able to deliver up to 550 000 bicycles per year. Design & Development is important and recognized competence within BALTIK VAIRAS. Experienced, English and German speaking designers and developers in Lithuania and also in Germany (BV-Cycles GmbH) adjust customers’ needs and orders for the efficient manufacturing. High quality and productivity are achieved by using the most advanced technologies. Each bicycle, e-bike or bicycle part is tested according to the valid EN standards (14764-66, 72:2006, A1:2008, EN 15194). Additional tests are carefully performed at the independent labs. Sourcing and purchasing experts in BALTIK VAIRAS manage a global network of suppliers. Willing to deliver the best service, in 2013 we established a local customer care centre for our German customers – BALTIK VAIRAS CYCLES (BVC) GmbH in Bielefeld.
