At Balanced Bloom we Educate, Empower & Inspire people to Build Balance in their lives, in mind, body and spirit. We do this by helping people understand the connection between holistic nutrition, regular physical activity and listening to their body so they can decrease physical and mental stress, increase health and happiness, and make positive lifestyle changes. We specialize in helping people take control of their health and wellness through our one-on-one and group health, wellness and nutrition coaching programs called Balance Programs. Our "Build your Balance" and "Back 2 Balance" programs are completely designed by owner Jessilyn McCash (HNC, CYT, RN) and focus on the whole body with nutrition at the core. We don't sell someone else's prefab diet plans which simply don't work long term. We put the focus on education and making Lifestyle changes as opposed to quick fixes and instant gratification. In addition, our programs are administered 100% online with easy to use two-way video conferencing software so we can work with our clients all over the world at any time. We also offer free blogs, videos, recipes and more so that people can begin the process of making changes with our expertise as well as get to know Balanced Bloom better. Balanced Bloom, is a place of Positivity, Peace and Passion where we show our clients that they are not alone in this stress filled crazy world. We work hard everyday building balance in our clients lives but as well as our own.
