Bailly Real Estate is a property and asset manager specialised in commercial real estate. in addition to the management of core to value-add assets and whole portfolios, we increasingly specialise in restructuring underperforming properties by creating and implementing new commercial concepts. We are a small and flexible team that takes over where our clients do not have their own human resources, or where projects become too large or complex to manage them in-house. We are fluent in German, English, French, Spanish and Finnish and available for projects throughout Europe; and worldwide upon request.
