Overview

Blue Ash Farm Spirits is a unique craft distillery local to Illinois and Wisconsin that produces spirits made with nature’s finest ingredients from Bill O’Donnell’s Blue Ash Farm in Southwestern Wisconsin. These aren’t just your average, homegrown drinks; they are experiences that are meant to be enjoyed slowly and meaningfully, with family & friends by your side. All BAF Spirits are Kosher certified, and both our vodka and gin are gluten-free. Our six products include: A smooth ultra-premium Vodka, an all-natural Cherry Vodka made with real Wisconsin cherries, an incredibly floral, flavorful gin infused with 17 botanicals, and three different four-year aged bourbons. The straight Bourbon is smooth with hints of wood spice and vanilla and no burn, guaranteed. The Honey Bourbon is blended with real wildflower honey from native Blue Ash Farm beehives, and the Maple Bourbon is infused with pure maple syrup - tapped from the trees on the farm, as well. Both are big crowd pleasers and there is nothing that is “all natural” like them on the market. Our spirits are currently available in Wisconsin and Illinois with distribution about to begin in several other states. They are in some large grocery chains and liquor stores in the Chicago area and SW Wisconsin and sales continue to grow with a good reorder rate. There is a lot of activity on the Blue Ash Farm social media due to the excitement around these new and natural spirits and the activity at the farm. Follow us on social media or look us up to learn more or contact us for more information. An on-site tasting room is scheduled to open late fall of 2020 where visitors can catch the spirit of Blue Ash Farm by indulging in fine spirits while finding their place to celebrate the great outdoors, family, and friends, or perhaps just a peaceful moment, one sip at a time. Seriously -- you won’t want to rush this. Discover more about us at blueashfarm.com
