Our Company was established with the mission to provide our valued customers the highest quality consulting services in the field of management, HR, labour law and intercultural management with a new approach. We are truly committed to provide all our services applying a little different approach, which combines management attitude with the „diligens pater familias” and also a process and system base logic in consultation and system implementation. We constatntly consider PDCA during our work, and are strongly focused on continual development of our clients’ organization and operation. We provide our services in four languages, taking into account the „diversity” resulting from cultural differences. Our expert colleagues have been socialized and trained in multinational corporate environment, most of them have also a long term top management experience. Therefore, our services are characterized by a multidirectional, complex approach, including not only a „consultant-mentality”, but a management and operational mentality as well. Our Company also has Japan Desk services, within which, including intercultural issues, all of our business solutions and tools are fully accessible in Japanese language too.
