Our consultants have active clinical practices and subspecialty training to ensure contemporary and up-to-date opinions with a rigorous clinical approach to medical assessment and examination. We offer independent medical assessments, joint medical examinations for transport accidents and assessment in workplace injury cases. We offer desktop assessments when clients are unable to attend for a physical examination. We provide opinion and impairment assessment in public liability cases. In medical negligence cases we will source and allocate an appropriate consultant having considered the requirements of each individual case. Our consultants also provide medical and surgical opinion and consultancy to government bodies, law firms and insurance firms to provide balanced and impartial opinions in difficult cases. Azure medicolegal was founded by two Orthopaedic surgeons, Mr David Slattery and Dr Jennifer Flynn. With dual qualification/degrees in the fields of law and surgery David and Jenny offer an understanding of legal practice together with direct links to medical and surgical specialists to provide the expert opinions required.
