Avant is a real estate investment company with particular emphasis on active asset management and property development. Our primary focus is on acting as local investment partner for investors seeking investment opportunities in the Finnish real estate market. Our team has a unique skillset with each having long experience from blue chip companies in e.g. property development, asset management, investments, private equity and banking. The team also has a substantial track record in property development and asset management with numerous successful turnaround and active asset management exercises. We are focusing on investment themes with attractive risk-adjusted returns as well as mispriced investment opportunities with solid underlying fundamentals, and any other investments where we genuinely believe we can add value through active asset management. We are also offering debt and mezzanine financing for real estate investments through our cooperation partners.
