Auxano bolts provide a viable alternative to the use of traditional reamer bolts that are often fitted using dry ice or liquid nitrogen. Fitted when frozen, reamer bolts can create many problems when removal is necessary. Predictable time planning is impossible. In addition, during removal bolts and holes often become damaged. Holes need repairing and the bolts need replacing. Auxano has developed two ranges of bolts that are ideal for drive shafts, rudder palm or any other connection where a fitted bolt with a controlled bolt load is desired. F-series bolts are a range of bolts suitable for hole sizes ranging from 55 to 125mm in diameter. The F-series range is a standard range available from stock. This makes them perfect for the ship repair industry where lengthy lead times are not acceptable. The F-series range has also received type approval which not only allows us to deliver bolts in a matter of days, having type approval also reduces costs. For special applications where there is an unusually long flange width or obstructions preventing the use of an F-series bolt, Auxano will produce a design based around their E-series.
