Overview

We live in the best of times. However, there is angst about leadership in Australia, and globally so, last year, we founded The Australian Leadership Project (AustralianLeadership.com) with the mission to "celebrate, understand and improve Australian leadership." The Project team has interviewed hundreds of people, and we have learned there is need and widespread desire to share positive stories about the leadership around us. In this work, we have been inspired by Mahatma Gandhi's "If we could change ourselves, the ...world would also change." This is a project to celebrate Australian leadership, support Australian leadership and build further strengths in Australian leadership. We ask everyone and anyone to answer four questions: What are your favourite stories of contemporary Australian leaders? What are the unique qualities of Australian leadership and leaders? What do Australians want of their leaders? Who are/were the leaders in your life's journey? Please join us by answering these questions either one-to-one, in one of our roundtables or a larger gathering. Ask you team-members what they think!
