Australian Fuel Fund is a closed-ended unlisted unregistered wholesale managed investment scheme structured as a unit trust established by the Trustee pursuant to the Trust Deed and is governed by Australian law. The Fund provides Wholesale Investors with an opportunity to acquire ordinary Units, which entitles them to returns generated by the Fund. Each Unit in the Fund is attributable to the Fund’s investments in a pooled fund that intends to acquire sites for the purposes of the Australian Fuel Funds strategy.
