The company was founded in 1992 as a joint venture limited liability between Aukett plc, London (currently Aukett Swanke), and ABH-Architekturbüro Heese of Munich. The shareholding Director of AUKETT + HEESE is Lutz Heese, Dipl.-Ing. Architect VFA, the Director is Andrew Jones, BA (Hons) Dip.Arch. Architect. Under the Aukett Swanke umbrella there are joint venture and partner offices in the following cities: Abu Dhabi, Berlin, Bogota, Bristol, Dubai, Frankfurt, Istanbul, London, Moscow, Munich, Prag, Southampton und Recife.
